    I hold a Master’s in Global Studies from UC Berkeley and am currently pursuing a Master’s in Strategy, Cybersecurity, and Intelligence at Johns Hopkins SAIS. My research focuses on AI governance, tech regulation, and the AI competition between China and the U.S.
